With more than 25 years of experience in utilities engineering and leadership, Ming brings a wealth of knowledge to our Utilities team. He will lead our distribution engineering group as we continue to grow and support our clients. Based in our Denver office, Ming will focus on leading a team of engineers delivering utilities distribution solutions while mentoring staff, supporting project quality, and building strong, long-term client relationships. What excites him most about his work is helping engineers grow both professionally and personally.

Ming says he was drawn to Primera’s collaborative culture and the opportunity to invest directly in the development of engineers while helping deliver meaningful solutions for our Utilities clients.
Throughout his career, Ming has built extensive expertise in electrical distribution, substations, and protection and controls. As a licensed Professional Engineer, he has led large teams, managed major utility programs, and helped organizations improve system performance, reliability, and operational excellence. His combination of technical expertise and leadership experience makes him a great addition to our growing Utilities team.
