A valued member of our Consulting Division, Brad brings nearly 20 years of experience leading geospatial initiatives that improve how organizations collect, manage, and apply data to make better decisions. In his new role as Principal Consultant, Brad will support the growth of Primera’s consulting services while continuing to serve as a highly technical leader, providing subject matter expertise, guiding complex geospatial initiatives, and supporting teams and clients across the firm.
Since joining Primera in 2018, Brad has played a key role in advancing our Geographic Information System (GIS) capabilities, helping clients streamline operations and modernize systems through thoughtful, data-driven solutions. His experience spans utility, transportation, and energy programs, where he has led complex GIS efforts from strategy through implementation. His work includes managing large-scale mapping programs, developing quality standards and field protocols, and guiding teams in the use of advanced geospatial tools and technologies. He has also served as a trusted liaison between software developers and utility clients, helping translate technical requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
Brad holds a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University, along with bachelor’s degrees in Geography and Economics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. He is a certified Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP).
