Primera was selected to deliver Program Management services for a major utility for a group of programs that were stagnant due to a lack of resources and ongoing execution issues. Primera is gathering requirements; developing project plans and schedules; and overseeing execution and closeout of the annual program cycles. Primera uses the data and requirements gathered from the client to develop formalized processes for each program area and find ways to streamline and improve those processes. In addition, Primera facilitates relationships and events with related utilities and industries to find efficiencies and establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships between these utilities.
Primera is working with top level management in these programs, engineering and operations, as well as construction crews in the field, to identify issues and gaps in current processes. This has enabled Primera to perform a detailed process improvement that strives to plan work in a way that is more attainable, avoid obstacles during construction, and ultimately achieve the highest level of performance possible.
