Working For Primera
Our Transportation division is a talented team of experts working together to deliver engineering solutions that move people in a smarter way. We provide full-service planning, design and construction management services on everything from roadways and bridges to airports, stormwater infrastructure, and parks/recreation projects primarily for state and local agencies and municipalities.
Who You Are
- You have experience in public outreach, customer service, or a related field. Having an associate’s degree or higher is preferred or at least 3 years of experience in an administrative role. You’re also fluent in Polish.
- You have strong communication skills and can provide exceptional customer service. You have strong writing, grammar, spelling and computer skills.
- You’re proficient with business applications. Having proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and database software is a must.
- Having previous experience working with public entities (CDA, CDOT, CTA, etc.) is preferred but not required.
What You'll Do
- You’ll answer calls from homeowners. You’ll also forward participant questions and requests for information to project managers, and document inquiries and responses in the participant file or database.
- You’ll schedule home inventory appointments with the homeowners for the program staff.
- You’ll prepare participant master lists containing names, addresses, and home/work telephone numbers.
- You’ll schedule the construction work with homeowners, prepare individual construction schedules, and forward to the participants with information on what to expect during construction.
- You’ll attend homeowner briefings to assist signing in attendees, collecting applications, and distributing participant information folders.

Starting salary is between $50,000 – $65,000 based on skills and qualifications, with the high end of the range limited to applicants based on relevant years of experience.
