Primera is pleased to announce the promotion of Tricia Cox to Consulting Group Manager, Mid-Atlantic. Tricia is Primera’s leading client management expert responsible for providing strategic advice to help clients maximize their efficiency and operational performance. In her new role, Tricia will lead our Mid-Atlantic consulting project managers, continue to expand our consulting business in the region, and be responsible for advancing our clients’ program visions and strategies.

Tricia joined Primera in 2018 and has truly proven her commitment to our core values. She has played a key role in developing our client base and offerings in the Mid-Atlantic region and has successfully executed several client initiatives, mostly focused in utility gas operations and geographic information system (GIS) programs. With every project she undertakes, her overall goal for the client is sustainability, which she has proven with her ability to empower the key people involved to own the process and project as theirs.

Tricia studied engineering management at York College of Pennsylvania before becoming an independent consultant for more than half of her career, primarily focusing on program strategy and process development and implementation. Her key specialties include managing initiatives crossing over utilities, departments and functions and developing the Project Management functional area structure via program, process and procedural alignment. Her position at Primera allows her to leverage her consultant background, combined with her program management expertise, to ensure a successful collaborative working client-customer-staff relationship.
